Millwright/Maintenance Mechanic - 1st Shift 5am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities

• Supply Systems: Gas, electric, water, air, waste disposal, and conveyor systems.
• Perform a variety of maintenance, repair, and service tasks for plant equipment, including dryers, lathes, clippers, splicers, saws, and mobile equipment.
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and improve processes.
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance workplace efficiency and safety.
• Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, featuring moving machinery, high-speed forklift traffic, and seasonal environmental changes.
