Rate of Pay
Millwrights are paid a top hourly base rate of $44.765, plus applicable shift, overtime, and holiday premiums. The starting rate for this position is $44.565 with pay increases to the top rate upon completion of three consecutive months of employment.

Requirements
- Willingness and ability to work any assigned schedule, change shifts, work more than 8 hours per day, and/or work overtime while maintaining good attendance.
- Ability and willingness to learn and follow safety rules and procedures, work in a team environment, treat co-workers with dignity and respect, and accept instructions from leadership.
- Ability to understand and follow oral or written instructions.
- Physical ability to perform tasks of the trade, including standing for extended periods, walking unassisted, working at heights, working overhead on ladders and platforms, and using tools typical of the trade.
- Tasks may require reaching, lifting, twisting, bending, and operating powered material handling vehicles (PMHV) or forklifts (hilo).
- Ability to perceive differences in details and prints related to the trade and maneuver effectively around vehicles, equipment, assembly lines, and facilities.
- Completion of a bona fide apprenticeship, 8 years of previous experience, or a combination of work experience and training equivalent to an apprenticeship in the trade.
- Experience in machine fabrication, installation and alignment, field machining, lifting and rigging, steel fabrication, conveyor systems, blueprint reading, and sketching.
- Successful completion of a job interview, pre-employment drug screen (THC not included), physical, and background check.
