Essential Functions
- Work on site supporting different tasks for demolition and construction projects
- Torch cutting different types of material
- Rigging experience helpful
Requirements
- Ability to adhere to all OSHA; EPA; as well as other federal agency, state and company hazardous materials laws and policies
- Be a strong team leader/player with a positive attitude who is hard working and motivated every day
- Minimum of 2 years construction experience required
- OSHA 10 and HAZWOPER 40 required. If not current, willing to get certificate within 30 days of hire
- Experience with construction hand tools required
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment preferred, but not required
- Torch cutting and Rigging experience preferred, but not required
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or vocational schooling preferred, but not Required

Working Environment/Physical Demands
- Coordination: Ability to coordinate your actions with those of other workers on busy construction sites
- Attendance: Ability to complete work projects on time and in an effective manner; regular and prompt attendance are an essential job function
- Working Conditions: Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, dust, rain, pollution and toxic atmospheres
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Ability to wear required PPE, including respirator, and participate in OSHA-required medical surveillance programs as necessary
- Lifting: Ability to pick up construction debris and able to lift 50 lbs. regularly
- Climbing: Ability to climb temporary or permanent stairs and ladders
- Regularly required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
