Key Functions

• Repair and preventively maintain all manufacturing equipment
• Apply knowledge of equipment and processes to perform tasks related to the skilled trade

Basic Qualifications

• Work as part of the maintenance team to improve plant operations
• Cut, weld, and fabricate using trade best practices
• Perform precision drivetrain alignments
• Follow all established safety policies
• Have a good safety record and a positive attitude
• Willing to work any shift, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for long periods during shifts
• Capable of working in a team atmosphere, getting along with all team members, giving and taking advice and constructive criticism from other team members
• Capable of doing required documentation legibly, such as downtime reports
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, gear reducers, bearings, and valves

Preferred Qualifications

• Formally trained journeyman millwright
• Enhance trade skills through in-house educational opportunities
