Millwright

Key Functions
- Repair and preventively maintain all manufacturing equipment
- Apply knowledge of equipment and processes to perform tasks related to the skilled trade
Basic Qualifications
- Work as part of the maintenance team to improve plant operations
- Cut, weld, and fabricate using trade best practices
- Perform precision drivetrain alignments
- Follow all established safety policies
- Have a good safety record and a positive attitude
- Willing to work any shift, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for long periods during shifts
- Capable of working in a team atmosphere, getting along with all team members, giving and taking advice and constructive criticism from other team members
- Capable of doing required documentation legibly, such as downtime reports
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, gear reducers, bearings, and valves
Preferred Qualifications
- Formally trained journeyman millwright
