Skills
- Experience in the aggregate or construction industry (preferred)
- Knowledge of best practices in industrial maintenance, construction, or aggregate production (preferred)
- Flexibility to work overtime and extended hours
- Ability to work outside in all types of weather conditions
- Some knowledge of industrial tools, their uses, and maintenance
