About the role

Performs maintenance and repairs on pumps, motors, blowers, overhead doors, air handling units, air compressors, and similar equipment. Fabricates items as requested. Typical repairs include replacement of standard oil seals with mechanical seals in hot water and chilled water pumps.

• Perform maintenance and repairs on pumps, motors, blowers, overhead doors, air handling units, air compressors, and similar equipment
• Fabricate items as requested
• Replace standard oil seals with mechanical seals in hot water and chilled water pumps
• Perform all other position-related duties as assigned or requested

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Qualified journeyman in accordance with union rules
