About the role
Maintain and operate milling equipment to prepare road surfaces for new pavement installation.
Responsibilities
- Operate milling machines safely and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Communicate effectively with other crew members and supervisors
- Perform routine maintenance on milling equipment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- Knowledge of safety protocols and first aid
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Proficient in operating heavy machinery
