About the role

Steward at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai seeks a dedicated individual to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment supporting culinary teams and enhancing guest experiences. Key responsibilities include:

• Clean and sanitize china, glassware, silverware, pots, and kitchen equipment using proper procedures and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, back-of-house spaces, storage areas, and employee dining facilities
• Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• Support the overall sanitation program, ensuring compliance with health and food safety standards
• Properly handle, store, and use cleaning chemicals and supplies in accordance with safety guidelines
• Aid the culinary team by maintaining a steady flow of clean equipment to support service

What You’ll Do

As a Steward, you will:

What You’ll Bring

• Tuberculous (TB) clearance card required by Hawaii State Department of Health for food and beverage positions
• Legal work authorization in the United States
