Steward - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Foster a fun environment.
• Safeguard company assets.
• Be a gracious host to all guests and co-workers.
• Promote a positive influence in the community and participate in company-sponsored events.
• Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Service Program.
• Maintain a well-stocked and maintained line.
• Perform normal and deep cleaning of inside/outside of ovens, inside/outside of hoods.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Backstage Cafe area including stocking dishes, food items, napkins, cups, etc.
• Ensure all assignments are completed each shift.
• Sweep, mop, and clear the EDR of clutter.
• Work special events, as needed.

Requirements

• Outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods of time.
• Workable knowledge of dishwashing and proper sanitation.
• Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor or Manager.
• Pass background check.
• Tolerate areas containing second-hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality.
• Have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Must have workable knowledge of dishwashing, proper sanitation, and be able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor or Manager. Must be able to pass background check. Must be able to tolerate areas containing second-hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality.
