What You’ll Do
- Operate grinding, crushing, and transfer equipment
- Monitor lab results and make needed adjustments
- Maintain product quality and prevent non-conforming material
- Communicate with team and support shift transitions
- Minimize equipment issues through proper operation
- Follow API Q1 quality standards and support continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Plant experience preferred (3–6 months), not required
- Basic reading, writing, and comprehension skills
- Able to take measurements and complete reports
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
Work Environment
- Rotating shifts required
- Work around dust, noise, and heavy equipment
- Climb ladders and work at heights
- Stand/walk 8–10 hours per shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly (up to 100 lbs. occasionally)
- Must follow all PPE and safety requirements
