About the role
Base pay starts at $18.00 per hour. Shift: 1st Shift.

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate heavy machinery and related gauges to perform various cutting, punching, forming, blocking, and processing operations.
- Produce quality-building components and parts with thorough knowledge of production techniques.
- Complete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, timely, and without damage.
- Assist co-workers and customers.
- Inspect materials, products, machinery, tools, and equipment.
- Assist with inventory management activities including daily updates to the ERP system.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Assist in the movement of inventory within and among workstations and areas.
- Comply with all safety requirements and use applicable personal protective equipment.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, adjustments, and lubrication on equipment and production tools as required to maintain proper operation.
Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required.

- Physical Stamina – Ability to lift and move heavy items, often requiring the use of equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
