Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for U.S. and international government markets
- Lead opportunity capture and proposal efforts for avionics and SaaS solutions
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with DoD and military stakeholders
- Serve as the primary customer contact and represent Teledyne at industry events
- Negotiate contracts and pricing in collaboration with internal teams
- Generate market analysis and insights to support growth initiatives
- Cross-functional efforts to ensure successful program execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technical, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in military/government sales or avionics programs
- Proven success in capturing and managing large-scale DoD/government contracts
- Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and FAR/DFARS compliance
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Advanced degree (advantage)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and forecasting tools (advantage)
