About the role
The Sales Director will lead Angstrom Global’s U.S. sales strategy and team, focusing on enterprise engagement with global innovators in consumer electronics and AI. The role involves driving scalable automation solutions across manufacturing and logistics.
Responsibilities
- Set and execute sales strategy aligned with company goals
- Lead and grow a high-performing sales team
- Own enterprise relationships and major deal pipelines
- Guide pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and cross-functional execution
- Represent Tcadu at executive meetings, events, and partnerships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher (MBA or technical Master's a plus)
- 7+ years in enterprise B2B sales and leadership roles
- Experience in industrial automation, advanced manufacturing, or related sectors
- Proven track record of closing 7- to 8-figure deals
- Strong leadership, strategy, and client engagement capabilities
