Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address recruitment challenges
- Conduct outreach to potential candidates through various channels including social media, networking events, and partnerships with military organizations
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including military recruiters, veterans’ organizations, and military families
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies related to recruitment and hiring
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in military recruitment or similar field
- Strong understanding of federal hiring processes and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience working with military personnel and veterans
- Knowledge of military-specific terminology and acronyms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
