Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address recruitment challenges
• Conduct outreach to potential candidates through various channels including social media, networking events, and partnerships with military organizations
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including military recruiters, veterans’ organizations, and military families
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies related to recruitment and hiring

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in military recruitment or similar field
• Strong understanding of federal hiring processes and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience working with military personnel and veterans
• Knowledge of military-specific terminology and acronyms
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
