Field Service Representative I (San Antonio, TX)

Responsibilities

• Prepare medical equipment for patient use, including disinfection and quality control testing.
• Deliver, pick up, and maintain medical device equipment to and from customer locations using a company vehicle.
• Support customers by providing superior customer service, managing orders, and responding to inquiries.
• Assist customers with research and locating missing or misplaced medical equipment.
• Operate a company vehicle safely to meet customer service requirements.
• Organize and execute assigned tasks to meet customer expectations.
• Track inventory and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Communicate with customers regarding product deliveries and returns.
• Prepare, pack, ship, and receive medical equipment and supplies using third-party logistics providers.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a customer-facing or service-related field
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and participate in on-call duties
• Physical fitness to meet the demands of the job
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and iOS applications
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong time management and prioritization skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work in an on-site territory with occasional travel
• Experience with medical device equipment and operations
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations

Pay

The expected compensation range for this position is $39,360 - $54,120, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.

Schedule

May include up to 10% domestic travel, including potential for meetings or other business functions that require commercial air travel.
