About the role
SNC's Military Fellowship Program offers up to six months of on-the-job industry training for eligible service members transitioning to the civilian workforce. Participants gain valuable work experience and build professional networks.

Requirements
- Currently serving on active duty
- Eligible to participate in the DoD SkillBridge program
- High school diploma or GED equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Higher level degree may substitute for experience
- Pass written, oral, and practical assessments
- Active, current FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification with no prior FAA violations
- Reliable transportation to and from work locations
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Pass and maintain Class 3 Physical requirements, including a hearing test
- Pass and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
Qualifications
- Must-have qualifications:
- - Currently serving as active duty military
