About the Role
This position is for a Midwife in Southern California, responsible for providing quality maternal care within a collaborative OB team.
Responsibilities
- Delivering comprehensive prenatal, labor, and postpartum care
- Collaborating with laborist support and healthcare professionals
- Managing approximately 10 call days per month
- Participating in patient education and ensuring optimal outcomes
Requirements
- Midwife certification and relevant clinical experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexibly, potentially in a 4-day workweek
