About the role

The Academy of Mount St. Ursula, an all-girls Catholic high school, seeks a mission-driven, practicing Catholic educator to teach a combined Grades 7 and 8 classroom. This "bridge" model requires strong differentiation skills and a commitment to meeting diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Foster a supportive, faith-centered learning environment
• Teach ELA, Math, Science, and Social Studies
• Differentiate instruction for two grade levels in one classroom
• Absess student progress and communicate with families
• Collaborate with colleagues and uphold Catholic doctrine & values in daily teaching

Qualifications

• Committed to Catholic education
• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree and certification preferred
• Middle school teaching experience and strong classroom management skills
• 3–5 Years Of Teaching Experience Preferred
• Ability to differentiate instruction effectively

Pay

$55,000, with adjustments based on experience
