Henry Wilson Middle School is seeking a qualified softball coach for the 2026-2027 spring season who is enthusiastic about the sport and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children.

Responsibilities

• Coach adolescent players with a focus on fundamentals
• Demonstrate effective leadership and communication with players, parents, staff members, and the athletic director

Requirements

• Prior experience coaching adolescents
• Ability to break down the fundamentals of softball
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
