Mid to Senior Level Intellectual Property Associate - Technology Transactions

About the role

We are seeking a candidate with substantial law firm experience to advise on the intellectual/commercial aspects of M&A and other corporate transactions. The role requires a deep understanding of intellectual property and contract law, as well as experience in complex commercial transactions for both earlier stage and later stage/public technology companies.

Qualifications

• Substantial law firm experience
• Deep understanding of intellectual property and contract law
• Experience in complex commercial transactions for both earlier stage and later stage/public technology companies
• Ability to advise on the intellectual/commercial aspects of M&A and other corporate transactions
• Superior academic credentials
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
• Must be barred in the state of the office you are applying for, or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam

Pay

$260,000 - $390,000 (actual base salary offered may depend on qualifications, years of relevant experience, education level, certifications or professional licenses held, and location). A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance.
