Mid to Senior Level Intellectual Property Associate - Technology Transactions

About the role

The ideal candidate will have substantial law firm experience, a deep understanding of intellectual property and contract law, and experience in complex commercial transactions for both earlier stage and later stage/public technology companies. They will advise on the intellectual and commercial aspects of M&A and other corporate transactions. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are required.

Pay

The anticipated range for this position is $260,000 – $390,000. The actual base salary may vary based on factors including the applicant’s qualifications, years of experience, education, certifications, location, and other considerations. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
