Mid to Senior Level Intellectual Property Associate - Technology Transactions

Requirements

• Substantial law firm experience
• Deep understanding of intellectual property and contract law
• Experience in complex commercial transactions of all varieties for both earlier stage and later stage/public technology companies
• Ability to advise on the intellectual/commercial aspects of M&A and other corporate transactions
• Superior academic credentials
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
• Bar admission in the state of the office (or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam)
• Willingness to work in Boston, New York, Silicon Valley, San Francisco, or Santa Monica

Pay

The anticipated range for this position is $260,000 - $390,000. The actual base salary offered may depend on qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, certifications or professional licenses, and location. A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance.
