Mid to Senior Level Intellectual Property Associate - Technology Transactions

About the role

We are seeking a candidate with substantial law firm experience, a deep understanding of intellectual property and contract law, and experience in complex commercial transactions of all varieties for both earlier stage and later-stage/public technology companies. The role involves advising on the intellectual/commercial aspects of M&A and other corporate transactions.

$260,000 - $390,000
