Mid to Senior Level Corporate Associate - Fund Formation
About the Role
We are seeking a fund formation corporate associate with four (4) to eight (8) years of experience to join as a core member of our rapidly growing private investment funds team, which focuses primarily on organization and ongoing advising of venture funds, venture studios, incubators, accelerators and crypto-related funds.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in VC or PE private investment fund formation and counseling
- Relevant corporate and securities regulations expertise
- Must be barred in the state of the office they are submitting their application for or be eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam
- Superior academic credentials
- Top-tier professional experience
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset
Locations
This position is open in any of our offices: Boston, New York, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Seattle, Silicon Valley, or Washington, D.C.
Pay
The anticipated range for this position is $310,000 – $445,000. Actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance.
