Mid to Senior Level Corporate Associate - Fund Formation

About the role

Core member of our rapidly growing private investment funds team, focusing primarily on organization and ongoing advising of venture funds, venture studios, incubators, accelerators and crypto-related funds.

Qualifications

• Four (4) to eight (8) years of experience in fund formation corporate associate role
• Extensive experience in VC or PE private investment fund formation and counseling
• Relevant corporate and securities regulations expertise
• Must be barred in the state of the office applying to or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam
• Superior academic credentials
• Top-tier professional experience
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset

Pay

$310,000 - $445,000 (actual base salary depends on qualifications, years of relevant experience, education level, certifications, and location). Discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
