Mid to Senior Level Corporate Associate - Fund Formation

About the role

We are seeking a fund formation corporate associate with four (4) to eight (8) years of experience to join as a core member of our rapidly growing private investment funds team, which focuses primarily on organization and ongoing advising of venture funds, venture studios, incubators, accelerators and crypto-related funds.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in VC or PE private investment fund formation and counseling and relevant corporate and securities regulations.
• Must be barred in the state of the office where the application is submitted, or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
• Available to work in one of the following offices: Boston, New York, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Seattle, Silicon Valley, or Washington, D.C.
• Superior academic credentials and top-tier professional experience.

Pay

The anticipated range for this position is $310,000 – $445,000. Actual base salary may vary based on qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, certifications or professional licenses, and work location. A discretionary bonus may be available based on performance.
