About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Housekeeper to join our dynamic team and contribute to the exceptional guest experience we're known for.

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision of assigned Housekeeping associates to ensure job duties are completed.
  • Ensure that all designated guestrooms receive service.
  • Inspect guest rooms, public and back-of-house areas as assigned and grade work performance to maintain high standards.
  • Ensure furniture, facilities, and equipment are maintained and report defects for repair.
  • Train associates regarding job duties and quality standards.
  • Cover temporary staff shortages with manual duties.
  • Promote excellent guest/associate rapport by reacting promptly, efficiently and courteously to all guest and associate requests.
  • Find creative solutions and suggest improvements.
  • Recommend better methods for guest/associate satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned per Manager.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous housekeeping experience required.
  • 1-2 years of supervisor/lead experience highly preferred.
  • Must be able to work a varied schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to provide clear direction, instruction, and guidance to subordinates.
  • Physical stamina to complete repetitive manual labor tasks.
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic computer skills preferred.

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.

Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
