About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Housekeeper to join our dynamic team and contribute to the exceptional guest experience we're known for.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision of assigned Housekeeping associates to ensure job duties are completed.
- Ensure that all designated guestrooms receive service.
- Inspect guest rooms, public and back-of-house areas as assigned and grade work performance to maintain high standards.
- Ensure furniture, facilities, and equipment are maintained and report defects for repair.
- Train associates regarding job duties and quality standards.
- Cover temporary staff shortages with manual duties.
- Promote excellent guest/associate rapport by reacting promptly, efficiently and courteously to all guest and associate requests.
- Find creative solutions and suggest improvements.
- Recommend better methods for guest/associate satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned per Manager.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous housekeeping experience required.
- 1-2 years of supervisor/lead experience highly preferred.
- Must be able to work a varied schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to provide clear direction, instruction, and guidance to subordinates.
- Physical stamina to complete repetitive manual labor tasks.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills preferred.

- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
