Housekeeping Team Lead - Full Time - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Performs daily housekeeping services including general cleaning and trash removal.
• Cleans various building room types and surfaces such as restrooms, offices, lobbies, entrances, stairwells, laboratories, elevators, medical areas, etc.
• Applies proper cleaning techniques which may include vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, spot cleaning, scrubbing, and disinfecting.
• Removes trash and restocks fixtures (toilet paper, towels, soap, and sanitizer).
• Utilizes various equipment (vacuum cleaners, floor machines, etc.) in completion of duties.
• Serves as a point of contact between customers, staff, and vendors on weekends.
• Troubleshoots service issues and implements solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience required.
