Responsibilities
- Reporting and Analytics
- Utilization of data analysis results for continuous process improvement
- Performance Management
- Data presentation and reporting of trends
- Relationship Management
- Training/onboarding
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare/business related discipline
- Four (4) years of experience with clinical coding or charge capture or charge description master (CDM) support roles.
- Experience with hospital business operations, information systems and data analytics, creation of dashboards and data visualization is required.
- (OR) An Associates degree and two (2) years of additional relevant data analytics experience on top of the four (4) years required (for a total of 6 years) will be considered in lieu of the bachelor degree
- (OR) A High School Diploma and four (4) years of additional relevant data analytics experience on top of the four (4) years required (for a total of 8 years) will be considered in lieu of the bachelor degree
