About the role
We're seeking a dedicated Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team at SambaSafety. With a focus on growing and managing our risk management software, this role plays a pivotal part in our company's growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects to qualify them for the sale of SambaSafety’s products and solutions.
- Build revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision makers.
- Research and build new and existing accounts through rigorous outbound calling efforts and by creating/executing strategic email and social campaigns.
- Manage, track, and report ALL activities in Salesforce.com CRM.
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of SambaSafety’s products, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of SDR experience in outbound software sales.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Persistent in a professional manner.
- Highly motivated, driven, and sales focused.
- Aptitude to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com CRM.
- Experience with Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred.

Pay
$55,000 - $60,000.00 Base Salary + $26,700.00 Variable Compensation
