Mid Market Account Executive
About the role
We're looking for an Mid Market Account Executive to help accelerate Monumint's next phase of growth. You'll own the full sales cycle, partnering with banks, credit unions, lenders, and fintechs to understand their business, navigate buying processes, and introduce AI across customer engagement and operations.
You'll build relationships with executive teams, guide strategic evaluations, and help financial institutions adopt AI in some of their most important customer-facing workflows. You'll work closely with the founders, influence product direction through customer feedback, and help build the enterprise sales playbook as Monumint continues to scale.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing mid-market deals.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise accounts, ensuring consistent deal flow.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Work closely with Engineering and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations, ensuring win-win outcomes for both the client and the company.
- Maintain and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's overall revenue goals.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably selling into financial services / fintech.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong experience managing sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and align them with the right solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales methodologies.
- Passion for technology and a strong understanding of how AI can transform customer experiences in finance.

Pay
Salary range for this role is $225,000 - $275,000 OTE (50/50 split) per year.
