Mid-Level Trademark Paralegal

Our Trademark group, preeminent internationally in strategic trademark counseling and protection, is looking for a mid-level paralegal to join its collegial and supportive team. This position can be based in any of our U.S. office locations and offers a hybrid schedule.

Schedule

• 37.5 hours per week (non-exempt)
• Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
• Hybrid: one day on-site per week in office, with the possibility of additional required in-office days depending on business and client needs

Responsibilities

• Manage your own docket
• Work independently with well-rounded experience, including:
• Domestic and foreign filings
• Online investigations
• SAEGIS scans with the guidance of a senior paralegal

Requirements

• 3+ years of trademark experience
• BA/BS degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program

Pay

• Anticipated salary range: $85,000 - $133,750
• Actual base salary may depend on factors such as qualifications, relevant experience, education, certifications, and location
• Discretionary bonus for eligible employees based on performance
