Mid-Level Trademark Paralegal

About the role

Our Trademark group, preeminent internationally in strategic trademark counseling and protection, is looking for a mid-level paralegal to join its collegial and supportive team. This position can be based in any of our U.S. office locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage own docket
• Work independently
• Handle domestic and foreign trademark filings
• Conduct online investigations
• Perform SAEGIS scans under guidance of a senior paralegal

Requirements

• 3+ years of trademark experience
• BA/BS degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA‑approved program
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
