Mid-Level Trademark Paralegal
About the role
The Trademark group, preeminent internationally in strategic trademark counseling and protection, is looking for a mid-level paralegal to join its collegial and supportive team. This position can be based in any of our U.S. office locations and offers a hybrid schedule, requiring one day on‑site per week in office, with the possibility of additional required in‑office days depending on business and client needs. The work schedule for this position will be 37.5 hours per week (non-exempt), Monday - Friday, from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.
Responsibilities
- Manage own docket independently
- Handle domestic and foreign filings
- Conduct online investigations
- Perform SAEGIS scans with guidance of a senior paralegal
Qualifications
- 3+ years of trademark experience (preferred)
- BA/BS degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program (preferred)
- Very organized and detail oriented
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Pay
The anticipated range for this position is $85,000 - $133,750. Actual base salary offered may depend upon factors including qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance.
