Mid-Level to Senior Litigation Associate - General Liability

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively to develop litigation strategy for the defense of general liability actions
• Draft and review pleadings and discovery, memos, briefs and other legal correspondence and litigation documents
• Represent clients in court
• Participate in depositions, conferences, hearings and all other aspects of general liability litigation
• Interact with medical experts
• Conduct legal and medical research and analysis
• Draft motions
• Work cooperatively with others
• and Interact with clients

Requirements

• Admission to practice in New York
• At least 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation or comparable experience
• Familiarity with New York Labor Law a plus

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects

Pay

The anticipated pay range for this role is $120,000 - $175,000, which represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the starting salary range at the time of posting.
