About the role

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP seeks an associate to join the Defense Litigation practice in its Louisiana offices (Hybrid or Remote).

Responsibilities

• Take on a diverse and challenging caseload from the start.
• Engage in drafting complicated opinions, motions, legal memoranda.
• Participate in business development efforts.

Requirements

• Admitted to the Louisiana bar in good standing.
• 4+ years of experience in civil litigation, general liability, premises liability, and/or personal injury defense.
• Strong academic record.

Qualifications

• Ability to participate in business development efforts.

• Excellent legal writing skills.
