Position Overview

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, seeks a mid-level Attorney to join their Defense Litigation Practice Group in the Schererville (Northwest Indiana) office. The role is open to qualified remote candidates residing in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse and challenging caseload
• Collaborate with a high-performing team
• Handle multiple matters efficiently while maintaining high-quality work
• Draft complex motions, opinions, and pleadings
• Provide sound judgment and client-service orientation

Requirements

• Active admission to the Indiana bar in good standing, required
• Seven or more years of defense litigation experience, including general liability matters, Dram Shop liability, and professional liability matters
• Demonstrated experience managing a rigorous caseload independently
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
