Qualifications
The firm is looking for a highly skilled attorney who can handle complex cases and contribute to the team's success. Candidates should have a strong track record of success in handling wage-and-hour class actions and PAGA representative actions, as well as experience in employment litigation from inception through settlement or trial. They should be able to draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses, and prepare for and take depositions, including defending depositions. The ideal candidate will also have demonstrated leadership experience supervising and mentoring junior attorneys and paralegals, as well as strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
