Mid-Level Exploitation Specialist/Data Scientist (TS/SCI)

About the role

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is seeking a Mid-Level Exploitation Specialist/Data Scientist to support the Analysis Office (AOT/US SOCOM) at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients to understand and address questions and issues involving client datasets.
• Determine the best method and approach to create data-driven solutions within program guidelines.
• Develop and refine automated processes and data science solutions.
• Design and implement automated workflows to analyze large structured and unstructured data.
• Conduct analysis and use available tools to analyze data, identifying patterns to solve complex problems.
• Apply big data analytic tools to large, diverse datasets to deliver impactful insights and assessments.
• Conduct peer reviews to improve workflow, procedures, and methodologies.
• Build high-performing teams and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Possess a Master's degree in Data Science or a related technical field.
• Experience developing and working with AI/ML.
• Advanced programming techniques using HTML 5/Javascript, ArcObjects, Python, Model Builder, Oracle, SQL, GIScience, Geospatial Analysis, Statistics, ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Server, Arc SDE, ArcIMS.
• Experience with NET, Python, C++, and/or JAVA for web interface development and geodatabase development.
• Experience building and maintaining databases of GEOINT, SIGINT, or OSINT data.
• Data Visualization experience including Matrix Analytics, Network Analytics, and Graphing Data.
