Mid-Level Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop brand marketing assets across multiple mediums
• Create engaging visual content that helps tell compelling brand stories across multiple brands
• Collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders throughout the creative process
• Edit and enhance social content to align with platform specifications and brand standards, ensuring consistency and adhering to guidelines
• Organize and maintain digital project files and assets
• Participate in creative reviews, brainstorming sessions, and team discussions by contributing ideas and creative problem-solving solutions
• Thoroughly review and unpack creative briefs to ensure all requirements and objectives are clearly understood before execution
• Prepare production-ready artwork and assets for internal teams and external vendors
• Ensure all creative materials adhere to applicable state and industry compliance requirements

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience within retail brand of CPG organization
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience across brand design, social media creative, and digital assets
• Excellent typography and brand design skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Motion Graphics software, and Figma
• Comfortable incorporating AI into your workflow and open to new technologies
• Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com
• Interest or familiarity with cannabis culture and the cannabis industry is strongly preferred
