At 4A, we don’t just deliver projects, we build trusted partnerships that empower our clients to lead with confidence in the digital age.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Mid-Level Cloud Infrastructure Systems Analyst to support the design, implementation, administration, and operational support of enterprise cloud and Windows infrastructure. The selected candidate will work across AWS and Microsoft Azure, enterprise Windows environments, web/application infrastructure, security, high availability, disaster recovery, and deployment operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available AWS and Microsoft Azure solutions.Support cloud computing, storage, networking, and serverless technologies.Implement cloud security best practices, including identity management, encryption, and compliance controls.Administer enterprise Windows Server infrastructure and related software.Support software deployment, server administration, system reliability, and data integrity.Deploy and support web servers, including application configuration and web services.Manage certificate configuration and web server security.Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, server, and performance issues.Perform root cause analysis for complex production issues.Implement security hardening and monitor vulnerabilities.Support high-availability, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity solutions.Architect and implement application infrastructure integrating firewalls, DNS, and load balancers.Support manual and automated application deployment processes.Maintain version control, configuration consistency, rollback readiness, and production stability.Collaborate with development, infrastructure, project management, and vendor teams.Required Qualifications4+ years of professional IT infrastructure experience.Hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions within AWS and Microsoft Azure.Experience with cloud computing, storage, networking, and serverless platforms.Strong experience troubleshooting complex production issues and performing root cause analysis.Experience supporting high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity.Experience with enterprise Windows Server environments.Knowledge of infrastructure security, vulnerability management, and security hardening.Strong documentation skills, including architecture diagrams, standards, and operational procedures.Ability to lead technical initiatives and provide guidance to junior staff.Preferred QualificationsExperience with enterprise web and application infrastructure.Experience with firewalls, DNS, and load balancers.Experience with automated deployment and DevOps practices.Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments.Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.Strong understanding of emerging cloud and infrastructure technologies.Why Join 4A Be part of a mission-driven, women-owned consulting firm with a reputation for excellence.Work on high-impact projects across federal and commercial clients.Collaborate in an inclusive, growth-oriented culture where innovation is valued.Access career development programs, mentorship, and learning opportunities.Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, flexible work options, and a focus on work-life balance.Equal Opportunity Statement4A Consulting is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to an inclusive hiring process.
