Responsibilities
- Executes projects from Conceptual Design through Construction, including the development of construction documentation;
- Performs field verification site visits and prepares assessment reports;
- Works autonomously to complete Design, Documentation and Construction Administration tasks, utilizing staff support as needed;
- Led and supervises team members on complex projects;
- Researches and resolves problems; analyzes options and presents informed recommendations;
- Demonstrates strong design, detailing and technical skills, with a comprehensive understanding of architectural specifications, International Building Codes, Life Safety Code and ADA requirements;
- Collaborates with engineers, consultants and project teams to ensure full coordination and timely delivery of all aspects of project;
- Able to interface directly with clients and stakeholders if asked;
- Mentors and guides junior staff through design and documentation processes.
Qualifications
- Licensed and non-licensed candidates that meet these criteria will be considered;
- Professional degree in Architecture required, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant practical experience;
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills and success working within a team;
- Schedule-driven, ability to plan work of team to meet deliverables;
- Ability to identify issues, research/assess options and problem solve independently;
- A working proficiency in REVIT and Bluebeam required; familiarity with SketchUp, ProCore and cloud-based Specification software is a plus;
- Ability to travel 10% of the time.

Salary Range
$80,000 - $113,000
