Microsoft D365 F&O Technical Architect

Job Summary

The Emerging ERP Solutions practice focuses on delivering cloud-based ERP applications such as Workday Financials, Microsoft D365 F&O, and Infor. Our goal is to transform finance and supply chain processes through efficient and cost-effective solutions. We collaborate closely with CFOs, CIOs, and Business Unit leaders to provide comprehensive business transformation and ongoing support across various industries.

What You'll Do

• Understand client business objectives and present technical solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP.
• Design end-to-end solutions, offer industry best practices, review design documents, and provide recommendations.
• Lead the technical workstream, managing activities such as planning, design sessions, software configuration, cross-functional coordination, documentation, testing oversight, and risk management.
• Provide deep domain expertise in one or more vertical industries, establish credibility with customers, and translate business requirements into well-architected solutions.
• Develop and maintain company tools and assets, improve delivery processes, select software and ISVs, and train on new versions and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering or equivalent directly related experience (10 years).
• 10+ years Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and/or AX developer experience, including integration development.
• 6+ years of team lead experience.
• Experience with Azure (Logic Apps, Functions), Power Apps, Azure DevOps, or Visual Studio.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 solution data model, data migration tools, and processes.
• Client development and pre-sales experience in two or more technologies.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $144,600 to $265,100, subject to the candidate's qualifications and experience. Additionally, there is an opportunity to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.
