Microsoft D365 F&O Technical Architect

Job Summary

The Emerging ERP Solutions practice at Deloitte specializes in cloud-based ERP applications such as Workday Financials, Microsoft D365 F&O, and Infor. We assist clients in transforming finance and supply-chain processes through efficient and cost-effective solutions. Our teams leverage Deloitte’s extensive expertise to deliver lasting results across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Understand client business objectives and present technical solutions in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP, leveraging the product's strengths and addressing gaps.
• Design end-to-end solutions, implement industry best practices, review functional and technical design documents, and provide recommendations.
• Lead the activities of one of the project's workstreams, including planning, design, configuration, coordination, documentation, testing oversight, and risk management.
• Provide deep domain expertise in one or more vertical industries, establish credibility with customers or prospects, and translate business requirements into well-architected solutions.
• Develop and maintain company tools and assets, improve delivery processes, select software and ISVs, and train on new versions and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering or equivalent directly related experience (10 years).
• 10+ years Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and/or AX developer experience, including integration development.
• 6+ years of team lead experience.
• Experience with Azure (Logic Apps, Functions), Power Apps, Azure DevOps, or Visual Studio.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 solution data model, data migration tools and processes, and client development and pre-sales experience.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in two or more of the technologies: Azure (Logic Apps, Functions etc.), Power Apps, Azure DevOps, or Visual Studio.
• Experience modifying Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across modules.
• Experience with data migration tools and processes within Dynamics 365.
• Client development and pre-sales experience.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $144,600 to $265,100, subject to the candidate's qualifications and experience. Additionally, there is an opportunity to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.
