Microsoft D365 F&O Technical Architect

Job Summary

The Emerging ERP Solutions practice specializes in cloud-based ERP applications such as Workday Financials, Microsoft D365 F&O, and Infor. Our goal is to transform finance and supply-chain processes through efficient and cost-effective solutions. We collaborate closely with CFOs, CIOs, and Business Unit leaders to deliver lasting results across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Understand client's business objectives and present technical solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP.
• Design end-to-end solutions, offer industry processes, review design documents, provide recommendations, and manage coding and deployment.
• Build company tools and assets, improve delivery processes, select software and ISVs, and train on new versions and tools.
• Lead project workstreams, including planning, design, configuration, coordination, documentation, testing oversight, and risk management.
• Provide deep domain expertise in one or more vertical industries, establish credibility with customers, and translate business requirements into solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering or equivalent directly related experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in Dynamics 365/AX ERP development, including integration development.
• 6+ years of team lead experience.
• Experience with Azure (Logic Apps, Functions), Power Apps, Azure DevOps, or Visual Studio.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 solution data model, data migration tools, and pre-sales experience.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with multiple technologies: Azure, Power Apps, Azure DevOps, or Visual Studio.
• Experience modifying Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across modules.
• Experience with data migration tools and processes within Dynamics 365.
• Client development and pre-sales experience.
