Work you'll do

• Understand the client’s business and model their processes into the ERP, leveraging the product’s strengths to meet requirements and bridge gaps.
• Design and manage end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), incorporating industry best practices.
• Lead one or more project workstreams, including planning, design and refinement sessions, configuration of D365, cross-functional coordination, documentation, testing oversight, and risk management.
• Provide deep domain expertise in one or more vertical industries to establish credibility with clients.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage the platform’s capabilities.
• Manage technical workstreams, including reviewing functional and technical documentation, developing integrations, and overseeing data migrations and testing phases.
• Contribute to building the company’s tools and assets, improving delivery processes, selecting software and ISVs, and training on new versions and tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment, either with a large or boutique consulting firm or as an internal consultant within industry.
• 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) experience.
• 3+ full-life cycle implementations in Finance or Operations.
• 5+ years of experience in business requirement documentation, design documentation, and leading workshops with key stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree. In lieu of a degree, 8 years of D365/AX ERP implementation experience is acceptable.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred

• 5+ years of experience with data migration tools and processes within Dynamics 365.
• 5+ years of experience with D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Finance, including solution data modeling.
• Experience with D365 Retail.

Pay

The wage range for this role is $116,000 to $229,100, taking into account factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs. At Deloitte, compensation decisions are based on individual and organizational performance. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
