About the role

As a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Senior Consultant, you will model client business processes into the ERP, leveraging the product’s strengths to meet requirements and bridge gaps. You will design and manage end-to-end implementations of D365 F&O, providing industry-leading processes while building company tools and assets, improving delivery processes, selecting software and ISVs, and training on new versions and tools.

Senior Consultants establish credibility with clients by providing deep domain expertise in one or more vertical industries and translating business requirements into well-architected solutions. You will lead project workstreams, including planning activities, design sessions, configuration, cross-functional coordination, documentation, testing oversight, and risk management.

Responsibilities also include managing technical workstreams, reviewing functional and technical documentation, developing integrations, data migrations, and collaborating through testing phases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment (large or boutique firm) or as an internal consultant within industry.
• 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience.
• 3+ full-life cycle implementations in Finance or Operations.
• 5+ years of experience in business requirement documentation, design documentation, and leading stakeholder workshops.
• Bachelor’s degree (or 8 years of D365/AX ERP implementation experience in lieu of degree).
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of data migration tools and processes within Dynamics 365.
• 5+ years of experience with D365 SCM or Finance solution data models.
• D365 Retail experience.

Pay

The wage range for this role is $116,000 to $229,100, reflecting factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs. Compensation decisions depend on individual and organizational performance. You may also be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program.
