About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Emerging ERP Solutions practice. Our focus is on bringing you the best in cloud-based ERP applications like Workday Financials, Microsoft D365 F&O, and Infor. Our teams use Deloitte's vast expertise to deliver lasting results for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand the client’s business, modeling their processes into the ERP, playing with the product’s strength to meet requirements and to bridge gaps to bring value.
• Design and help manage end-to-end implementations of D365 F&O, providing the best of industry processes.
• Play a key role in building the company’s tools and assets, improving our delivery processes, selecting our software and ISVs, and training on new versions and tools, keeping your knowledge sharp.
• Manage the technical workstreams of end-to-end implementations of D365 F&O, review functional and craft technical documentation, develop integrations, data migrations, collaborate through testing phases.
• Lead the activities of one of the project’s workstreams (Deloitte and Client personnel), which may include things such as planning the activities of the workstream, leading design and refinement sessions, configuration of D365, coordinating cross-functional activities where interaction with other workstreams is needed, maintaining documentation and statistics on the workstream’s progress, overseeing the workstream’s testing activities, and managing Risks, Actions, Issues and Decisions related to your team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm, or serving as an internal consultant within industry.
• 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience
• 3+ full-life cycle implementations in Finance or Operations
• 5+ years of experience in business requirement documentation & design documentation, preparing and leading workshops with key stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree. In lieu of degree, 8 years of experience in D365/AX ERP implementation
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred

• 5+ years of data migration tools and processes within Dynamics 365 experience
• 5+ years of experience with D365 SCM or Finance, solution Data model
• D365 Retail

Benefits

At Deloitte, we offer a competitive salary range, with a reasonable estimate of the current range being $116,000 to $229,100. Additionally, there is a discretionary annual incentive program available, subject to the rules governing the program.
