Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients
- Create design documentation
- Take an active role in the configuration and development of the D365 CE system
- Act as the point of contact for client interactions
- Participate in the Agile and/or Microsoft SureStep Iterative Methodologies
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work in a self-directed manner
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients
- Relevant, hands-on work experience in a team environment
- Desire to learn and grow
- Superior organizational, writing, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE certified
- Experience with Scribe
- SQL Server Reporting Services experience
- Experience with Field Service
- Experience with the Power Platform
- Post-secondary education in information technology or related field

Pay
Compensation Range: $95,400 - $192,000. Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
