Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning operations under strict guidelines.
• Continually monitor the cleanroom cleaning procedures to ensure all cleanings are completed promptly and correctly.
• Participate in continuous training: cGMP training, technical skills, safety, performance improvement.
• Detail document control (using Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Micro-clean all surfaces within the controlled environment including ceilings, walls, equipment and floors.
• Follow customer standard operating procedures in precise detail including documentation.
• Identify deviations in cleaning and follow through on corrective and preventative actions (variances).
• Review change to cGMP documentation and re-train.
• Aid in the cross training of other Controlled Contamination Services personnel.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Assist in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have and be able to consistently apply communication, customer service, initiative, problem solving, stand, walk, lift/climb, talk/hear, reach with hands or arms, stand on the job, up to 40 pounds, close vision, color vision, depth perception, adjust focus, and ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus skills.
